Privacy Policy

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Luxembourg Law of 1 August 2018 govern how we process personal data.

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

Identification and contact data you submit voluntarily (full name, business email, company or domain, target markets, budget range, message content); correspondence exchanged with us; and limited technical data required to deliver and secure the website (IP address, browser type, timestamps) processed in server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to campaign enquiries and pre-contractual discussions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); delivering contracted link-building and digital PR services (Art. 6(1)(b)); operating, securing and improving the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); complying with Luxembourg accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); optional marketing communication only where you have consented (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Enquiry forms

Campaign request and contact forms transmit your submission directly to hello@linkhouse.lu. We use the data solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Providing data is voluntary, but without a name and business email we cannot reply.

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data is accessible only to Link House staff who need it. We may use carefully selected processors for hosting, email delivery and accounting, each bound by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. We never sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Data is processed within the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are safeguarded by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contract is concluded. Contractual and accounting records are retained for 10 years as required by Luxembourg commercial law. Server logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). 9. Supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — cnpd.lu.

10. Cookies and consent

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the site to function; these do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive. No advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies are set. Should analytics or marketing cookies be introduced, they will be loaded only after explicit opt-in consent, which you will be able to withdraw at any time.

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit, access control and the principle of data minimisation, in line with Art. 32 GDPR.

12. Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. The version published on this page is the version in force.
