Terms of Service

These terms govern all editorial placement, digital PR and media relations engagements with Link House.

1. Parties and scope

These terms apply between Link House S.à r.l., 2, Boulevard de la Foire, L-1528 LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg ("Link House") and the business client ("Client"). They apply to all proposals, order confirmations and campaigns unless expressly superseded by a signed master services agreement. Services are offered to businesses only (B2B); consumer contract law does not apply.

2. Services

Link House provides outreach to independent publishers, editorial placement coordination, digital PR, content production and related consulting. Deliverables, markets, volumes and timelines are defined in the applicable proposal or order confirmation.

3. Editorial independence and no guarantees

Publications are independent third parties. Link House cannot guarantee publication by a specific outlet, specific wording, a specific publication date, search engine rankings, traffic volumes or any Domain Rating value. Metrics quoted (DR/DA, traffic estimates) originate from third-party tools, are indicative at the time of quotation and may change.

4. Client obligations

The Client provides accurate target URLs, brand assets, approvals and any regulatory disclosures required in its industry, and warrants that supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable law. Delays in approvals extend delivery timelines accordingly.

5. Delivery and acceptance

Placements are reported with live URLs. Unless the Client raises a written objection within 10 business days of the report, delivered placements are deemed accepted. Where an agreed placement cannot be delivered, Link House will offer a replacement of equivalent authority or a pro-rata credit.

6. Placement permanence

Placements are sought on a permanent basis. Where a publisher removes or amends content for editorial reasons within 6 months of publication and this is not attributable to the Client, Link House will seek reinstatement or provide an equivalent replacement at no additional cost. No further remedy is owed.

7. Fees, invoicing and payment

Fees are quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Luxembourg VAT (LU86785293) or the intra-community reverse charge applies as legally required. Unless otherwise agreed, campaigns are invoiced in advance and payable within 14 days to IBAN LU084080000045728500 (BIC BCIRLULL). Late payment accrues interest at the statutory Luxembourg commercial rate and may suspend delivery.

8. Cancellation

Campaigns may be cancelled in writing. Work already commissioned, content already produced and placements already secured or paid to publishers are non-refundable. Retainers require 30 days' written notice.

9. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. Link House may reference the Client's brand in anonymised campaign statistics unless the Client objects in writing.

10. Compliance and restricted verticals

The Client is responsible for the legality of its offering in each target market, including regulated verticals such as iGaming, finance and health. Link House may decline or discontinue any campaign that breaches publisher policies, applicable law or its own editorial standards.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link House's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected campaign in the 6 months preceding the claim. Link House is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of rankings or search engine actions taken against the Client's domain.

12. Intellectual property

On full payment, the Client receives the rights necessary to use content produced for its campaign. Link House retains ownership of its methodologies, publisher relationships, templates and internal databases.

13. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where Link House acts as a processor for Client data, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR applies. Contact: hello@linkhouse.lu.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of law.
